Blog 3 : TREKKING FOR WALKING👣

                                                              TREKKING FOR WALKING

Trekking and walking are two related but distinct activities.
  •  Walking generally refers to the act of moving on foot, typically for exercise or transportation. It can be a leisurely stroll or a brisk walk, and may take place in urban or rural environments.
  •  Trekking, on the other hand, typically refers to a longer and more challenging walk or hike, often undertaken in natural settings such as mountains or forests. It may involve carrying a backpack or other gear, and can last for several days or even weeks.
  •   While walking can be a great way to stay active and improve your health, trekking offers additional benefits such as the opportunity to explore remote and beautiful landscapes, challenge yourself physically and mentally, and connect with nature in a more profound way. However, trekking also requires more preparation and caution than a simple walk, as it involves more difficult terrain and potentially hazardous weather conditions
